  1. What would happen if i do the splits without flexibility requirements?
    Im so close to doing the splits, so what will happen if i force the splits without the flexibility requirements, muscle tear, intense pain etc…

    • all of the above and more. plus you would not be able to do it without someone forcing you down.
      not just intence pain you would destroy your groin and hip flexor muscles. you should start out slow and increase with flexibility. do whatever stretch you choose for 30 second multiple times

  2. Does ejaculation effect recovery time of an injury?
    I’ve been diagnosed with a grade 3 strain of the hip flexor. The muscle was basically torn also causing me to have testicle pain. It’s been 3 months. It’s been getting better each month I was wondering if ejaculation would delay my recovery time by trying to focus on making more sperm instead of my body repairing damaged tissues.

    • Your testicles are producing sperm continuously from puberty to death, whether or not you ejaculate any. The rest of the fluid (only 3 to 5% is sperm) is produced by glands that work like ur saliva glands. (only much slower). They squeeze out their juices when called upon, then slowly refill. However, this replenishment doesn’t take away from muscle healing.

      God made ur body to be able to ejaculate frequently along w/ carrying out all the rest of its functions. Your sperm and semen don’t have any other purpose except to be be ejaculated.

    • I can see you being a doctor in the future. Quit trying to self-diagnose. There is no connection between those 2 body parts.

  4. How do i get my muscles stronger?
    i recently tore my ACL and had surgery about 3 months ago. i’ve lost all the muscle in my leg and i’m trying to get back to playing sports as fast as possible. but i can’t do the normal excericises to strengthen my muscles because it would put too much stress on my knee. so.. what can i do to strenthen my hip muscles and my quads and calves without putting stress on my knee?

    • take easy steps like light exercises then move it up slowly like walking to sprinting but if the doc say something then u better listen
